Delete your account

Whisper Sweet Nothings is operated by Pingbase, Inc., 2136 Ford Parkway, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55116.

You can delete your Whisper Sweet Nothings account from inside the app. You do not need to email us or use this website to sign in. Deletion is permanent.

How to delete your account

Open the Whisper Sweet Nothings app and sign in.
From the Lobby, open Profile (top right).
Tap Delete account.
Confirm twice. The second confirmation is Delete forever.

Your account is deleted when you confirm. You are signed out immediately.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account removes:

Your account and phone or email login
Your profile, including name, date of birth, and preferences
Your messages
Your voice recordings and game audio
Your reveal photos

Data that is kept

We do not keep a copy of your account after deletion finishes. We do not hold it for a set number of days. A record is kept only when the law requires it.

There is no way to delete some of this data while keeping the account. Deletion removes the whole account.

If you cannot open the app

Email activate@pingbase.ai from the address on your account, or include the phone number you used to sign in. Ask us to delete your Whisper Sweet Nothings account. We will delete the same data listed above.
